I need AnyConnect to show my two VPN servers when the user open AnyConnect application on their laptop. Please be specific if I can do this in the ASA22525X configuration or a modification file in Windows. I rather do it to automate policy on the ASA o Windows policy without letting know my end users. (Transparent on them).

You can modify anyconnect profile to include backup servers. It's an xml file which can be edited through ASDM. It will be automatically downloaded by the end users when they connect next time.

I was able to create AnyConnect profile in the ASDM and apply to the users' Group Policy.
-Configuration
-Remote Access VPN
-Network (client) Access
-AnyConnect Client Profile
- Add "New Profile"
- Add : "Server List"
- Apply to "Group Policy"
