How Can I Bulk Load Email Addresses Into Outlook 2016 Windows
I have a list of previous recipient list of email addresses from Apple Mail and I am switching to Outlook on Windows. Consequently, I want to add in the emails I have in Apple Mail so when I create an email in Outlook it will autocomplete the email address.

Drag all the contacts you want out of your Mac address book onto your desktop. Will create a single .vcf file.
I am having trouble with being able to drag them to the desktop. I have selected them but I am not able to drag them. I can copy and paste them into a text document.
However, I am unclear how to make the names a .vcf file that outlook can then import.
Please refer following article,

I got the contacts over but they aren't auto-populating. It seems I only get the first record of the .vcf file. I tried both methods
1. right clicking on the .vcf file
2. dragging the entire file into the contacts view with the address book selected.

In outlook you have to type Name then click ctrl+k button on keyboard this will auto complete cache.
First time you need to press ctrl+k to autocomplete from next time on wards it will auto populate.
Right now outlook auto complete cache is empty si it is not populating email address automatically.
Just first select using above methods once the same will save to outlook cache then it will auto populate.

Sounds like we are getting closer and I really appreciate your help. Here is the screen I am dragging the .vcf file into
https://gyazo.com/4e922f7ae4820d5a869c54d6bd3aec67
The first record is autopopulated in a form like this
https://gyazo.com/094c5ac55e9be6d34abe9f684b9eaa11
and I hit save/new so it brings another screen up to be filled. I have typed in the next record's name and then pressed control K. Best I can tell nothing is happening.
I am sure something is out of sequence so please show me what I need to change.
Thanks,

Nothing is there in contacts so basically .vcf is not imported to outlook.
It is better you can use following simple steps given on following article.

Actually the first record is imported. I just didn't show it for privacy reasons. So can you go back and look at my steps and tell me what is missing. I prefer the .vcf method over the .csv file, if possible.

Thanks for your help.
So finally you have imported contacts :)
Select all the address(s) you want and click "add to address book"
Drag all the contacts you want out of your Mac address book onto your desktop. Will create a single .vcf file.
Then, simply right-click on the file, Open With --> Microsoft Outlook. A new contact window will appear in Outlook. it will be the first address in your .vcf file. Just click 'Save'. Outlook will save it, then begin populating the rest of your contacts. That's it!
(You need to launch Outlook, open up the Contacts view and select the destination address book.
Then, from the Finder, drag the .vcf and drop it on the contacts page in Outlook itself.)
