how to find my office 365 reseller contact details

I am in a funny situation where the person who managed IT / Email left the company. I need to figure out who sold us the Office 365 subscription. The email clients are configured to use a RackSpace mail server, but when I called Rackspace they stated they did not sell the Office 365 accounts, another reseller did. They would not give me the name of the reseller.

Is there a service like "WhoIs.Org" for the Office 365 subscriptions? I was hoping I could plug in the domain name and figure out who to contact as the reseller.

We want to keep our email going, but we have no idea who to pay and we can't find any entries in the quickbooks system that says "hosted Exchange" or "Office 365".

Is there a way to find out what reseller is tied to a particular domain name?

Assuming that you have a global administrator for your Office 365 account, Microsoft says (at this page):

  1. Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account as a global admin.
  2. Select the app launcher icon in the upper-left and then choose Admin].
  3. Go to Settings > Partner relationships.
  4. If you have a partner, the partner's name and relationship to your organization will be listed here. To view partner contact information (phone number and email address), click on the partner name.

I don't know who the global admin is, I assume it is the guy who quit, but I don't have his username or password. When I try to use my email address at "Portal.Microsoft.com" I get an error that states:
DOMAIN.COM isn't in our system
Make sure you typed your email address correctly. It usually looks like someone@example.com or someone@example.onmicrosoft.com

Again, I am totally in the dark here. I assume at some point they will call us when they don't get their money, but I would like to avoid that if possible. I would like to just call the reseller and figure it out with them, but I can't a way to get contact details.
The outlook clients are working now because the passwords to the email accounts are cached in the clients. However I don't know how to even log into the web client. Since "https://login.microsoftonline.com/l" is not accepting my user@domain.com as a username...
