I need a script which can copy all files created/modified within the last 7 days into a new drive.<br />
We have a root folder with a huge amount of files and sub folders, we only want the contents which has changed along with keeping the sub directories structure.<br />

An output file to confirm what was copied to the new drive would be a bonus. <br />

This sounds easy, but everything we find online doesn't see to function correctly.
