Can't log in Windows 10 Pro
For some strange reason we cannot log in into our computer (a Windows 10 Pro notebook). We have tried using a different keyboard, the notebook keyboard and the Windows screen keyboard (of ease access), however non work.
We also try to log in as administrator and get message "This computer is in use and has been locked. Only or an administrator can unlock this computer."
We are sure the password is correct. We have it saved in written form and compared it to the login screen field (the small eye next to the password) and checks out.
Note, we are using a screensaver that came in Windows 10 that is changed automatically within days; we don't know the name but the screen says "sway" (see pix below):
