Windows VM unexpected shutdown

Windows VM unexpected shutdown

I have VM (windows) that Shutdown Unexpectedly.
WIndows Eventlog does not have the root cause of the outage.

I could not find the Root cause of the shutdown. I checked performance tab on Vsphere client and saw at the time the VM shutdown the CPU was at the Peak.

Now, is High CPU the cause of shutting down the VM or it is caused by something else and High CPU at that time was only a symptom of disfunctionning of the VM ?

Any idea ?

Thank you
