Searching Outlook Email Archives
I've been using Outlook on my Windows computers for many years. A lawsuit came up that requires me to search for all emails sent to specific people. Is there a way to structure a search through all my Outlook PST and archive files for specific search terms in emails? Getting a separate third party software that will facilitate this is OK, if that's the easiest way to accomplish this.
Thanks,
Phil
Thanks,

if you have exchange you have to put on a 'litigation hold' .. if you only have pst files then add all of those pst's to outlook and do a search and select all mail folders.. It may take a while to index the added pst's

David,
Thank you for the response. I've never done this before. Can you please answer the following two questions:
1. I do have a number of "archive" Outlook data files. How do I add them to Outlook?
2. Once I'm done with this issue, how do I remove the added files?
Thanks,
Phil
