Thanks. &nbsp; You were right. &nbsp; I was using HDMI. &nbsp; In Playback Devices I now have the Conexant speakers correctly checked. (This is what shows up in the volume window).<br />

Am running Windows 10. &nbsp;Sound icon on Home page is turned up full. &nbsp; <br />
Device Manager states that the Conexant SmartAudioHD and<br />
the Intel R Audio are both working properly.<br />
I downlaoded updates, re-started and the devices are working fine.<br />

I do no know what else to do.
