Email subject no showing

Dear Sir,

My office is using Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2010. Recently one user, Miss M(sender) claim that when she sending email to Miss Z(receiver), some email subject which sending from Miss M are missing. We had visited there work workstations,  not all of the emails from her have this issue. Firstly, we will doubt is her outlook problem. Clear the .ost and re-create the Outlook profile, investigate the email envelope, encoding cannot help. Therefore, we check with her OWA. The result is the same. That's not the client side problem as OWA showing the same result.

Any hints for us?
