Where is the community support cleanup area?

I had this question after viewing How To Delete Questions?.

Where is the community support cleanup area? I couldn't find it anywhere.

That was a misleading answer.  At the bottom of your question beside the word Comment is a rounded rectangle with 3 dots.  Click on that and then click on "Request Attention".  You can not delete a question on your own.

just to comment - there is a "Delete Question" link under the 3 dots as well.
