Free-of-charge SVG editor with Windows look and feel
Hello!
I am searching the Web for a free-of-charge SVG WYSIWIG editor with Windows look and feel, but couldn't find one that is good enough; the editor I have installed is Inkscape, but to me, it has a terrible user interface. This may be because the tool was not created for a Windows environment.
The free-of-charge editor should be easy to learn, and easy drawings should be done easily. By the way: I am not a professional in drawing graphics, and what I want to do is to edit an existing SVG file that I download from a source, enter some texts with a border and draw a diagram like this. As you can see, the diagram consists of simple texts of boxes with a text in it that are perhaps grouped somehow. What I want to do is to load such a file, ungroup the already drawn diagram objects and shift them around, then save the new file in SVG format.
I searched now for about an our the Web, installed several programs, but none fits my purposes. So, let us come to
My question: Which apps do exist for Windows that can be used without proficiency in this subject or tool?

Thank you for your command. It seems to be available for Chrome or Mac users only. There are several images for selection on the top of the editing pad. I think that it is not possible to load, modify and save an SVG file with this demo, can I?

Inkscape was able to open AND edit the design this time. I have no idea what happened yesterday, when the whole design was a single piece that could not be disintegrated into the graphical elements. So, the solution was Inkscape, as the problem vanished.

The interface is not windows like but it is pretty simple. Hope this suits you.
Further more, here is a list of SVG editors and their comparison -

Good Luck with that.
