100mbps vs. 100mbps on cat6e - Cable is 50m

Hi all

I got 2 switches, which should be able to do 1000mbps between each other.
The cable is a shielded cat6e ftp.
The cable is approx 30m long, but lets say maximum 50m.

The problem is as showed on the 2 images of each switch, that it wont give me more than 100mbps between the switches.
Im pretty sure it isent something i need to set up. It should automatically figure this out.

I tested with different ports, but the result is the same.

Could it be the cable that is damaged?
Could it be something i need to set up?
Could it be the RJ-45, that is not correctly attached?

I also found this:
Ethernet UTP cable length:
Each network segment cable length may be up to 100 meters, although several chip manufacturers claim 150 meters. Autonegotiation is a requirement for using 1000BASE-T, according to the standard. Several device drivers will allow you to force 1000 Mbps full duplex to eliminate autonegotiation issues.

Is there something im missing, in order to complete the 1000mbps setup between the switches?

Best regards

I guees to test the cables, i can just make a packet test right?
To see how much is dropped.

The cables bend a couple of times, also whirls around. The scenario and conditions are not the best. I will try to whirl and twist it a bit to see if i can get it more straight. Else, i will put in a fiber optic cable.

I will get back with more information, about the outcome.

I made the cable 5 meter shorter. I was able to do this, due to the cable being whirled around.

I then attached new rj-45 plugs, and now im getting 1000mbit.

I might have been the rj-45 plugs, but whatever it was i guees we can conclude the importance of doing the installation right in all ways.
