Hi All,

I've got multiple VMware server & infrastructure that is running different version of VCenter like below:

PRODVCENTER01-VM - VCenter Standard 5.5u3 (Windows) - Managing 20x ESXi servers on Enterprise Plus license.
PRODVCENTER02-VM - VCenter Standard 5.5u2 (Windows) - Managing 2x ESXi servers on Essentials license.
PRODVCENTER03-VM - VCenter Server Appliance 6.0u2 (VCSA appliance) - Managing 3x ESXi servers on Essentials Plus license.

Can I deploy one VCenter Update Manager (whatever the latest edition) on one of the Windows Server VM dedicate to manage those three VCenter server above ?

Update Manager is linked to a particular vCenter Server.

So that's three Update Manager Servers, looks like this is time to think about upgrading to vCenter Server Standard and vSphere Enterprise for ALL Hosts, if you want a simplier environment.

Thanks Andrew,

The reason it is running separate three Vcenter is that licensing cost too much :-|
maye one day when VCenter VCSA 6.5U1 has been stable, I'll upgrade them all.

6.5 stable now, an awful lot of testing has gone into 6.5 Beta!
