Data Leak protection

Hi,

i am looking for free tool to protect data in work-group environment. i want to lock my files not to open in any other system. we are using windows 7 and 8. home and business mix system.

I am not sure what you want but if you want to store your files in the network and keep them private then the simplest way would be to zip them with 7Zip and password protect them.....just enter a password with length more than 8 characters that is hard to guess like p@$swZer0D and you are good to go

if by any how someone transfer files from my system to there through mail or usb i want to block them to open that file. files are in word and excel jpeg and pdf format

He/she can transfer everything but without password a lot of of years would be required in order to crack the password

actually we want files not to open in any system other than our system, even with password.

In order to open you must supply the password...no password not opening everywhere...
Every other solution has its weak spots....the developers of any encryption system usually leave a backdoor for testing reasons....
