How to prevent domain users from seeing network icon in File Explorer

I am trying to stop domain users using Windows 10 from seeing the network icon or browse the network from file explorer.   I cannot find the GPO policy on my Windows 2012 R2 domain controller.   In the past, I was told this setting should be under Windows Explorer.  I don't even see Windows Explorer option under User Configuration > Administrative Template > Windows Components  > No Windows Explorer here.  However,  I read that Windows Explorer was changed to File Explorer.   I don't see the policy to hide network browsing in there as well.   Please help.  The bottom line is that I only want domain users to see their mapped drives and printers and nothing else.  Can someone please point me in the right direction.
