Windows 2012 R2 PCA card driver

I received a brand new HP PCA SAS9207-8e 6G HBA H221 Gen 3 card for my server so I can connect a tape drive.

It came without drivers : ( just a suggestion to go to www.hpe.com) so I did and selected windows 2012

http://h20566.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5215394&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4138

It does not seem to do anything, I still have unknown devices in Device Manager (see image). This is driving me nuts! can anyone help?

Hi jmac44

Thanks, this looks very promising. I downloaded the 2012 driver, right - clicked the device with the exclamation mark, browsed to the folder, clicked next and got "Windows cannot find a driver for your device"

Btw the server is a new HP Proliant DL20 Gen 9 (it is a PDC and is running WSUS)

Thanks for the help, this is a useful link. In the end, it was the tape drive that was faulty!
your Welcome - glad to help!
