can i boundle gig ports with fiber ports to etherchannel?

Yes if you mean  to bundle only fiber links (not to mix fiber with copper).

Ports need to have the same characteristics to be able to bundle.
QoS problems (different characteristics between slots)  can be resolved with specific commands.

Still, I guess it should be OK even when mixing copper with fiber, if speed and duplex are matching. However I did not try to do it ever so far. :)
