MAC Startup Program

Where can I disable an application that is starting every time when this mac w/El Capitan boots? It is not listed under the login options in the user session.

Look in the following folders (where "~" means your home folder):

~/library/StartUpItems
/library/StartUpItems
/system/library/StartUpItems

Empty, not there
What app is it?
Is there an option in the App preferences for "open at startup"?
You could also look in the LaunchDaemons and LaunchAgents subfolders in the same three library folders.

There a bunch of stuff on those folders, this applciation is a remote support application that open at the top menu with an icon next to the time.
Does it have an option in its preference to "Start at Boot" or something like that that you can turn off?

To list all your launch agents and daemons:
sudo launchctl list

sudo launchctl list Service_name

sudo launchctl disable Service_name
