Sometimes what's obvious to us is invisible to others; everyone has to start. It's worthwhile to state the &quot;obvious&quot; once in a while since it's an &quot;answer&quot; that can be used over and over by any OP. Hopefully, the OP doesn't feel insulted; but what can you do?
