Outlook - slow response (Exchange 2013)
How do you even start to diagnose the problem here?
Users frequently complain that outlook response can be very slow. Each time, no issues with mailbox, cas servers or load balances.

Start by checking if those users have Exchange Cached Mode enabled.

Nope all online mode
And you can't switch to cached? This will eliminate all lags for sure.

Alexei - No we cant switch to cached. Most of the users are thin clients (citrix) and we just dont have the server space to do it this way.
