Wordpress - Change Request System
Hi All
I am looking for a template or plug that will allow me to create a site to manage change requests.
A form will need to gather information by department, team, priority etc with the use of pull down menu's, free text fields etc. But once the form is submitted it gets classified as 'Requested'. The user who created the request will be able to go back and edit their own request and any user can go back to this form and add notes onto the end of it and then more senior managers can change the status of the request to, approved, accepted etc
I would also need the system to filter requests by team or priority.
I am happy to consider paid for options so long as it works in WordPress as I want to have this system as part of a multisite.

Thank you, I have installed and so far had a brief look and seemed to be what I was looking for. I appreciate your recommendation.
