What's the problem with my DSL?

Hi, I'm from Mexico and I'm with Telmex. My package is supposed to allow 10 Mbps max. It seems the max I can get is around 8 Mbps but, I'm only getting around 6 Mbps when even my DSL configuration shows the 9599 Kbps.
Here some pics.

Technical service says that isn't a physical problem (cables, distance, etc.) so, what could be the problem? What could I do to resolve it?

It should not be your concern ISP from your country should provide you with what you paid for. I advise to log a case with the date or tell them you can report it to them to the telecommunication authority of your country.

Well, it turns that it was a problem from the central of my city, now I'm getting the 8 Mbps. Thanks.
