That is not ever going to work. QBV2015 through V2017 all work fine on Windows 10. I have QB V2017 running now.

If need be, you can set up an XP virtual machine to run QB V2003.

How do I do that?

You can use VMware Player (free) from VMware.com to set up a virtual machine. You then need a license for XP Pro to install as a guest machine.

This will work, but it will be easier to upgrade QuickBooks.
