Windows RAID5 explanation

Yes, all 3 drive are unpartitioned and I end up with a RAID 5 array of 81660.
I don't understand why it show me maximum file avaiable space in mb and the amount of space ib mb is 40830 but in fact when I terminate wizard it create a volume of 81660

Are you suggesting that if you continue with the amount of space as 40830 (as shown), you end up with a RAID 5 array of 81660?
As an aside, I'd discourage RAID 5. I know it is efficient in terms of number of disks, but reliability and speed can be significant issues. I'd look at larger drives (small ones are pretty inexpensive these days) configured as RAID 1.
