Chrome issues

Message from a customer - re chrome ....

Maybe you could give us a bit of advice.

Over the last couple of days we've been having problems with Google (both search engine and Gmail) when we use Chrome as the browser. Sort of symptoms are freezing in mid search and when writing an email (freezing could happen on the first line or in the middle of the mail) - we get a message "webpage unresponsive" and are asked if we want to "kill or wait" - we have always had to "kill" otherwise we stay frozen.

However if we access Google and Gmail via Internet Explorer things are fine (this is how we are getting this to you)

Would you have a pointer of some action that we could take to resolve the problem?

Sorry to trouble you and all the best

Does this problem occur on only 1 machine or several?
Have you tried any other browsers?  (firefox, safari, opera, etc.)
Do you have addins or extensions installed? (if so, try removing them one at a time to see if that helps.)

If this only happens with Chrome then I would uninstall it and re-install to see if the behavior changes.

JesterToo already mentioned the things I would first when troubleshooting this problem. :)
