Sharepoint nonfunctional - Emergency
Hi guys-
i have a sharepoint 2013 environment. there are two front ends and a sql database in our setup. 3 servers total.
My sharepoint guy is on vacation on a boat. no access to him. we are completely down.
the servers interface work find as far as windows 2012.
symptons.
When a user goes to a sharepoint site... it does prompt him for his credentials. AFter that, the internet explorer screen is blank... no errors displayed. nothing.
any help offered.
if anyone does quick cheap work remotely and has a high score... i am willing to pay with paypal for assistance.
This is an emergency.
thank you so much!

IF the servers are fine, go the one of the front end servers and attempt to access Central Admin. There should be an icon you can use to start Central Admin either in the task bar or maybe on the desktop. If you use search to find Central Admin, be careful that you start Central Admin and not the configuration wizard.
If Central Admin starts, then that is a sign that the farm is okay.
You mentioned that users get the log in screen, but then it just turns white. That could also be an indication that authentication is not working correctly, possibly because of lose of connection to AD. Not common, but it happens. The reboots described above should fix that.
