Is there a way to modify the Word and Excel 2016 quick taskbar via registry import ?

I have a Office quick-bar customization configuration which I exported to a file .
I need to import it  to a large number of computers .
I need to find a way to do this in either a scripted (powershell) manner or simply by importing a registry entry to all these computers .
Is there a way to do this ?

Copy Taskbar folder and place in Share in your network
Export registry key from your taskbar and store in same place

Let your clients copy files from share folder to their location and import registry entries

Files location
%AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar

Registry Entry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Taskband

You can use batch file to copy files and login script or group plicy to import registry
