Exchange 2010 services started but Outlook not connecting
Our Exchange 2010's motherboard and memory(believe or not) were fried. The Server originally had 128GB of memory and an Exchange information store of 1.27TB. The motherboard was replaced but I only have 32GB of working memory. After placing the 32GB of memory in the Server with the new Motherboard, booting to Windows, assigning the new NIC back it's original IP and TCP\IP settings, starting all the Exchange services, the mail databases are all dismounted and I am receiving "failed to mount database exchange 2010 an active manager operation failed". I am unable to mount the databases.
Is this due to the fact that we went from 128GB of memory to 32GB. We did this to see if the services would at least start until we can purchase more memory. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
