L2TP/IPSec VPN Passthrough Cisco ASA 5505 8.2(5) to Server 2008 R2

Need to set up L2TP VPN passthrough on an ASA 5505 to Windows 2008 R2 RRAS host. PPTP is currently set up and working, but I can't find a reliable guide anywhere on how to set up L2TP passthrough.

My issue is that there's an IPsec VPN tunnel already set up between this device and another ASA at a remote location. I don't know for sure, but based on what I've been reading I'd have to statically NAT another public IP to the L2TP VPN server and use that - is that the case? If so, what's the best way to go about it?
As long as you have an additional public IP you could setup a static NAT on  a different address, or depending on how many concurrent VPN users you need to support and what licence you have on the ASA, you might choose to terminate remote access VPN on the ASA.
Thanks for the help - statically natted one of our extra publics to the L2TP server and all is well.
