Exchange server communication paths

We have 3 exchange servers in our infrastructure for what we call our "Core" users (domain1.com). In order to save costs we have opened another virtual server and are using hMailserver on it (domain2.com) only for our non-core users. Our problem is that they are both attached to symantec.cloud, and it won't relay emails from our exchange domain (domain1.com) back to our hMailserver (domain2.com). How can I program exchange to specifically route mail to a particular IP address when sent to (domain2.com). I'm doing this because I want to bypass the cloud spam filter all together as emails are only being sent internally.

Looks like Symantec fixed it on their end. There was a short period of time that it wasn't set up. This would have worked otherwise.
