ShoreTel Add-In for Outlook 2016 64-bit Not Working
I have installed ShoreTel Communicator on a Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit OS with Office 2016 64-bit installed. One day, the add-in for ShoreTel and Outlook stopped working. When I go into the addins for Outlook, ShoreTel is listed as disabled. When I manage COM, I checkmark the boxes for each add-in. After I close it and go back in, they are unchecked again.
Uninstalling and re-installing ShoreTel Communicator did not resolve this issue.

Uninstalled 64-bit office and installed 32-bit. Working now.
