Apple - country wise

Dear experts,

I currently have one apple id for my iphone with UK Sim card

I understand that there are many apps which are country specific and hence I will not be able to purchase country specific apps.

So I plan to create a new apple id for India.

So my first question is whether Apple (iphone) has got the option whereby i can maintain the same contact list in both the ihpones (1 iphone 6s+ with UK sim and the second iphone 5s with India sim card)

Also is there a way to copy existing apps to the new iphone with India sim card.

Kindly advice.

Thank you

No.  If you are A in the UK and B in India, Apple will treat you as two totally different people. If you call them, they will merge the Apple ID's so you then have your apps.

ASKER

John, thank you for your prompt response. I will call apple UK and see if this can be implemented.

I will share my experience and then close the question
Please let us know. I do not think Apple will let you have 2 distinct ID's to share software. Otherwise any 2 people could share software. See what they say.
