how can I correct in impaired MS Word 2013 invoice template print out?
Hello and Good Evening Everyone,
I edited a MS Word 2013 invoice template and customized it to meet my needs. When I look at it on the screen, it appears just fine. However, when I go to Print, the preview screen mysteriously indicates extra information such as [Address, City, ST, ZIP Code] [Web Address], and so forth at the bottom of the page. However, when I go back and scroll down, this information is not shown. With that said, can I possibly go into the MS Word 2013 settings and reconfigure it so this extra information is not being shown in the preview screen and printed out?
Thank you
George

Hello and Good Evening Everyone,
Great news!!!! I have this problem resolved now. When I accessed the footer, low and behold, the undesired information being printed out appeared. I simply highlighted and cut it out and resaved my invoice. It prints out perfectly now. Somehow various components of the template itself were resident within the footer.
Thanks again Joe for your tip geared toward resolving this issue. I would have never figured this out without your help.
Great job :-)
