Exchange 2016 Autodiscover co-existing with Exchnage 2010 SP3.

In my test VM Lab after the install of Exchange 2016 I am having problems with the Outlook 2013 Client auto discovering the users on the new Exchange 2016 server.  Only the users I have migrated are affected.

Autodiscover should point to your email.yourdomain.com IP address
If you have 2 servers now, to witch one your autodiscover is pointing to ?
Did you point Autodiscover to the new server?  Did you change any URLs to point to the new server?  Are all URL settings on all virtual directories, Outlook Anywhere and Autodiscover configured properly?

Please Set AutodiscoverServiceInternalUri property to the correct Autodiscover URL on ALL CAS servers.
