SQL management studio fails to connect after Triple DES cipher disabled.

Spec:
Windows Server 2012, SQL 2008 STD.

For PCI scanning, to protect Sweet32 Birthday attack, I had to disable Triple DES as recommended.
After then, SQL Management Studio cannot connect to the server.
How can I resolve this problem?

TLS 1.0, 1.1, 2.0 enabled.

I found the problem. the SMSS doesn't negotiate with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. It has to be installed with service pack on both server and workstation
crcsupport, thanks for the points but in these cases that you solved your own issue you should accept your own comment stating the resolution since our comments didn't help or pointed you to the real cause.
Cheers
In fact, I based on Arnold's thought and researched to find the answer. So, I think it's valid points for him and others helped.
