Outlook 2007 Indexing Options and Advanced Search options disabled

Hi Experts

on Citrix xenapp 6.5 Outlook 2007 Indexing Options and Advanced Search options disabled

but locally it work .

so what can do in order to active this on Citrix servers

My wild guess is that you are using online mode in Citrix RDS and therefore instant search is disabled.

HI Sekar

i installed and configured index searching but i got no result

it is look like  Jackie right that we can not use this because on our xenapp 6,5 we have no cached .ost file

our users work directly with exchange server

we cannot afford this now because this will eat a lot of storage and maybe will cost us performance

so i will report this issue to my manger that we can change this when we have xendesktop
