ee input on process assess information technology for a client with no technology
Hi, though is not a technical issue, wanted EE advice hoping there are expert experienced in the area. We have a client that has no technology whatsoever (incredible as it seem) and want to try cover every aspect possible during our interviews with key personal so thus recommend optimal investments & processes. Please advice steps to follow, thank you in advance.

We already know that in order to properly identify their need we have to interviews key personal in all aspects of the business (an assessment) and subsequently discuss our findings with the client with proper recommendations to go to the next phase of purchase, then implementation and finally go live.
What we are looking for is EE insight on how to go about it. We really want to do this as best and as professional as possible ourselves. That said, maybe EE can provide some guide line, links or chronological steps to follow? (we would like to use these for all new clients obviously based on their industry)
