Outlook Archiving
We have a user that uses the Archiving feature of Outlook 2013 and a month or so ago, he started getting the following pop-up messages every time he opens Outlook. It cycles through the same messages 10-15 times before it actually opens. I did see that on the left side of Outlook, where it has all of the folders and mailboxes, there are 14 instances of Data File Properties. I'm not real familiar with Archiving as this is the only user that does it so I'm not sure how to resolve this error. Thanks!

If there is 14 instances of the same archive delete 13 of them. You only need one.

@Alexei take it easy son, remove, delete kinda the same from where I come from. If you don't like my explanation or how I worded it then why don't you just stick to helping the golfer out and let him or her decide how and who's help she or he chooses to use.

Thanks. I removed the other data files in the Account Settings and there are no more errors.
