Use or integrate o365 Skype for Business small business plan for business phone system?

Hi
im tasked with trying to come up with a small business phone system for 3 business users.  They are already on o365 small business premium i think and they have skype working, not that they are using it much yet.
They are moving into a new office that is completely bare at present.  Ive proposed using wireless for internet and at the same time looking at potential of skype phones, isdn system or some cheap sip system (if there is one) whilst has the ability to increase in size as the company grows.
They can get fiber 50+mb so not an issue, but assume they will need a router and maybe a switch for the handling of dscp/qos etc?
They may also use the analogue line for calls also short term but its only one line..
Suggestions?

Ah i see.

Okay so ive looked briefly at gamma horizon, shoretel sky (now available).  How does ring central compare?

This user doesn't have any infrastructure in place yet, so the less hardware the better..

Thanks
Sounds like market research. Where would that stop? One company. Three? Ten?

So you have no hands on experience with hosted pbx?
I do. But I also value the time I've spent with the companies I have partnerships with and the leads I've cultivated. I don't know your needs. I haven't had an onboarding interview with you. I haven't been paid a retainer. So how can I know which of the vendor's I represent is the best fit for you? Not exactly a "fair" EE question. If you got ten opinions, who'd you award points to? The one you chose from a hat? There are places I don't go on EE, and recommending doing market research for free is one of them. I am more than happy to help solve actual technical problems within reason, but there has to be a line. That is one of mine.
