Hyper-V clustering
I'm working on clustering some hyper-v servers and when I run the pre-config tests, I get a report that tells me:
Node 'host1.domain.org' is missing a virtual Ethernet switch 'HOST2-EXTERNAL' that is present on at least one other node. Either remove the virtual Ethernet switch from all nodes or ensure that it is present on all nodes.
On host 2, there IS a virtual switch named HOST2-EXTERNAL, but I do not understand how I am supposed to get that virtual switch to show up in host1.
There is this same error telling me the v-swithc in host1 does not show in host2 so apparently I have to have that resolved as well.
How do I get the v-switch in host2 to show in host1 and clear this error before proceeding with the clustering?
Thanks
Cliff
