Bulk Reorder File Names
I have a set of Windows files in the following format:
Company - Type - Date - Description.EXT
(e.g. "Amazon - Inv - 2016-12-12 - Parts.pdf", "Microsoft - Contract - 2016-12-11 - Licenses.pdf")
I would like to bulk rename these files to the following:
Date - Company - Type - Description.EXT
(e.g. "2016-12-12 - Amazon - Inv - Parts.pdf", "2016-12-11 - Microsoft - Contract - Licenses.pdf")
I can describe the program - move the content after the second " - " and the third " - " to the start of the file name - but don't know how to code it. This seems to be a bit too complicated for a third party software such as Bulk Rename Utility. Is there a way to script it?
Thanks very much!

Two different scripting options, both perfect solutions - thank you very much! This will be a huge time saver moving forward.
