Wi-Fi not visible in Network & Internet settings in Windows 10 on PC

Hi Experts,

I am using
--Windows 10 (Version 1607, OS Build 14393.447)
--Belkin Basic Wireless USB Adaptor F7D1101 V1 (Though as per Belkin site, supported versions does not include Windows 10, But Drivers seems to be showing no problem. Please have a look at the Screenshot of the Device Manager)
--Wi-Fi Option is not visible in Network and Internet settings (See Screenshot)

Please advise.

An adapter can show up as installed and still not have the correct driver.

Remove the device, shut down (power off), start up and install the device again.

Make sure in Windows 10 Wi-Fi setup that you get the correct type of Wi-Fi (e.g. WPA2 Personal and AES security) and the security key correct.

I have used Intel Wireless NIC's on Windows 10 with good success.

did you try the 'Show available networks' link? if the wifi driver worked you should get  a list of near wifi devices.

Sara
Right click "Network", select "Properties", then click on "Change Adapter settings". Does the wireless adapter show up?

Kindly check the Screenshot for Change Adaptor Settings

@sarabande and John Hurst : Please check the screenshots. Wi-Fi is not showing in Settings itself in Windows 10. So I am not able to do any Wi-Fi set up.
Remove NDIS virtual network adapter enumerator driver in Device Manager and the Belkin driver and restart computer
If Jackie's suggestion does not work, try this:

First download the drivers from Belkin and extract - http://www.belkin.com/us/support-article?articleNum=4657

Right click on NDIS Virtual Network Adapter Enumerator then go to Properties - Driver - Update Driver and point it to the folder where you extracted the drivers above. Belkin's site does not specifically mention Windows 10 compatibility here, so you may have to do a little manual work to make it go.
Did you try re-installing the driver to see if that will get Wi-Fi going for you.
is this a fresh install of windows 10?
i have seen such problems, and the only way out was a fresh install
@nobus : This is not a fresh install of windows 10. I had purchased Windows 7 Ultimate several years ago. Then upgraded to Windows 8 by paying additional fees as per scheme and then upgraded to Windows 10 sometime back (4-6 months ago)
You can try an in-place Repair Install first and lose nothing at all.

Go to the Media Creation Link

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Click on Upgrade to Windows 10 (even if Windows 10 is running), click on the Download button, select Open (Run) but NOT Save. Allow the program to run. Allow drivers to update. Then select Keep Everything.

I have done this numerous times by now.
well  - ihope i works for you..
@Jackie Man ! I uninstalled both the Drivers and restarted the system. Belkin driver got automatically reinstalled but NDIS Virtual Network Adapter Enumerator is missing now.

Is that alarming ?

Wi-fi stil not visible.
@John Hurst : I Could not find Upgrade to windows 10 link

The available options are

--Update now
--Looking to install Windows 10 on your PC? - Download tool now

Can you please elaborate !
You answer the questions as if you are going to install Windows 10. It will start, download the newest version, update all your drivers and then ask you what you want to keep ( 1. Everything, 2. Data and Documents,. 3. Nothing). I choose number 1 unless I think something is wrong with the software.
I am Sorry but still unable to understand which link to use and to download what ?
--I used the Update now to download "Windows10Upgrade9252" and run it. It just said "Thanks for upgrading to the Latest Version of Windows 10"
--I used the Download Tool button to download "MediaCreationTool". You want me to run it ?
Go to the Media Creation Link

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Click on Upgrade to Windows 10 (even if Windows 10 is running), click on the Download button, select Open (Run) but NOT Save. Allow the program to run. Allow drivers to update. Then select Keep Everything.

This is how I do it above and it always works for me.
Yes, i browsed to that link but could not see any link for Upgrade to windows 10.
There is not download link which gives me the option to Open(Run) or save.

What am I missing !!
You have to run the tool you downloaded.
Okay I had run the tool. Instead of creating the media tool, I choose the other option and got an error 0x80080005 - 0x90016 in the end.
You can do as Rindi suggests and also when you open that link above (I have it open). the first button is Update - use that and that will get you going.

The second button is to download and run as Rindi suggests.
I don't know how important this is but when I try to Update Windows, I get this message.

There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070424)
That is not good if you cannot run the upgrade tool.

You may have to make an ISO disk and install Windows 10 that way
In the light of above discussion what do you suggest me to do now.
Should I use the option to "create installation media for another PC"
Create an installation media, back up your PC, and then use the installation media on your current PC to install Windows 10 again.
Ok I will do that and again return to the discussion.

BTW is it similar to "Reset this PC" option available in "Update and Security" Settings in Windows ?
There also we get two options :
--Keep my files (removes apps and settings, but keeps yours personal files)
--Remove Everything
You need to decide whether just reinstalling Windows will fix the issue (worth trying) or whether you keep just your files and reinstall software. I would try keeping everything and see if that works.
I too would prefer to keep everything.
But What I actually wanted to know was that whether this in-built reset option is the same as the media creation link option you suggested earlier ?
and Whether the Reset the PC option will remove my anti-virus, anti malware, MS Office and other like programs too ?

Keep Everything keeps ALL software except software Windows 10 cannot install (old antivirus for example). It will tell you if it has to remove software
What I got from yours answer is that
-My MS Office need not be reinstalled
-My other softwares need not be reinstalled.
-I use windows defender, so that too would not any problem

Is this the only option I have, as I have not formatted my windows for the last 7 years (except upgrading to a new version) ?
Correct.
The media creation tool includes the newest Windows 10 download. If you use the built-in recovery option you can end up downloading and installing lots of updates.
it keeps everything  -if all goes well
since you have problems - i would prefer a good backup first !
Thanks a Lot !
After a lot of deliberations I feel it is right to do a clean install.
Thank you for the update.
as fas as i can see - i was the first to suggest that - but got no reward!!!
@ Nobus !!

Apologies Sir !
I certainly missed that. But in no way I am less appreciative of the efforts of any of the Participant. So Thanks a Lot for being there. That inspires a lot of Confidence in me. Thank You !!
