Synaptics ClickPad issue

Hi, ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, I have had a terrible time of using my ClickPad.  I believe someone recommended I change drivers some time back and I may have but don't remember.  I have contacted Synaptics several times but they have not responded.  The driver I am using now is 19.2.4.10.  The biggest problem I have is moving windows around on the desktop.  I try (sometimes as many as 10 - 15 times before I'm able to move the window from one place to another.  Is it possible that this could be a Windows problem and not Synaptics?   My computer is HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Carlos,
This is definitely a driver issue (happened to me on a W10 laptop with a Synaptics touchpad). Here's the answer when we discussed this the last time:

Joe, would you be kind enough to give me the driver number that you are using?  In other words, I am using 19.2.4.10, what driver are you using? Thanks
What happens when you use the HP supported driver Synaptics TouchPad Driver 19.0.12.95 Rev.A

Many thanks
You're welcome, Carlos. It's great news that HP provides a W10 driver for it and I feel confident that it will solve the problem. Regards, Joe
