Lenovo Helix Laptop: Bitlocker appears to be preventing boot
We have a Lenovo Helix laptop that will not boot and getsand unmountable drive error.
I was able to finally get to the Windows recovery screen and have tried several options that are not working. But each option required entering (the correct) bitlocker password.
The drive is C but bitlocker created an X drive.
When I am tried the code below to remove bitlocker
ERROR: An error occurred (code 0x80070015)
The device is not ready.

As I wrote, feel free to try repair-bde on the unlocked drive.

I had already tried repair-bde and that generated an error as well. It's looking like re-imaging is the only option.
It definitely does.

manage-bde -off c: or repair-bde would have been the best answer, however, in my case the system was bad enough I had to re-image.
