Where to define breakpoints for responsive CSS
I'm creating something with DIVS. The DIVS are a different color than the background. Inside the DIV there is an image. Right now the image is above the text below a headline.
Over desktop I want three DIVS in a row. The image will float to the left and there will be text floating around the image.
I may add two DIVS in a row at another breakpoint with text and image floating to the left inside the DIV.
I have no idea where to define breakpoints. Please let me know where to define them. Thanks

What do you mean by breakpoints?
