Scanned document protection
Hi Experts,
I have a question on email security. On a email encryption service you can set up criteria or keywords account numbers etc that trigger the outbound email to encrypt.
If you scan a sensitive document that contains private information and send the email the encryption does not trigger as the file is an image.
Am i right with that thought and if so is there any software that would detect the scanned files as sensitive data to be encrypted.
Thank you
