Oracle VM ware

My OS is win 10 pro 64 bit and my pc is a Lennovo M72e model.  At the moment I have the main HD with 668 GB capacity and out of which 403 GB is used while 214 GB is free.  I would like to ask the Experts advise if I can install the Oracle VM software, the free version, on my current pc.  The reason is because I have some legacy software that runs on win 7 prof on 32 bit, thus if I were to install Oracle VM can I configure a partition for win 7 prof 32 bit, and then install my legacy products in that VM?  Thank u.

In response to rindi, on my pc, I see the Hyper-V unchecked.  And when I click on the +, the selections are :
Hyper -V management Tools
    Hyper -V GUI Management Tools
    Hyper-V Module for Windows powerShell
Hyper-V Platform
   Hyper-V Hypervisor
   Hyper-V Services
At the moment all of the above are unchecked.  Please advise what selections I have to check.  Thank and regards.
