Windows 8.1 C Drive

Hi I have a user at work - She has Windows 8.1 and SSD 120GB HD.
Problem is, when I click on This PC, her hard drive shows 6GB one minute, then i close This PC, clicks into it again and hard drive shows 240MB and its RED. Why is it filling up so quickly.

I have disabled offline files
I have also deleted hiber.sys file
Cleared a few files
Ran CCleaner
Ran TreeSize

What else can I do please?

I am thinking of rebuilding her PC?

Any answers would be great!

I have ran Treesize. There are some local profiles on the PC - Can I delete the local profiles? We use roaming profiles at work so deleting local would not harm the users currently logged on is it? The ones who have logged onto this particular machine below?
So long as the profile is not for a local user, yes, certainly you can delete roaming profiles. These also chew up space. I remove such profiles routinely if people use my client computer.
