printer is a Konica Minolta bizhub c552ds
When we select printer properties or printer preferences on the server the app crashes, "Function Discovery Print Provider SLL has stopped working"
application failuse rundll32.exe_fdprint.dll
Fault Module harmony10.dll
I have removed the printer, reinstalled the drivers same issue.
Users can print, but cannot change properties like 2 sided or orientation.

Have you asked the manufacturer or the reseller for a Windows 2012 R2 driver?  The problem is driver compatibility with Server 2012

Thanks John, the issue is that it worked just fine for years, we added two windows 10 laptops and now i have this issue. I did contact Konica and downloaded the latest driver. Still not working
So you are saying the driver worked fine for (apparently) Windows 7 computers and now not on Windows 10 computers. Is this correct?

Windows 10 is different than Server 2012 and so it still may be a compatibility issue.

Can you install the driver in compatibility mode?
John that is correct. it worked fine for the XP and windows 7 systems, but now its not working at the server or the windows 10 systems. i did try compatibility mode, not on the server, and while i can print, i cannot do anything else. Also there is a Fiery RIP that we print to and not just the Konica. When we change setting the display shows the job as cancelled due to login error, when we do not change settings it prints.
I tried both Konica support and the reseller support and neither had any suggestions
