Firefox cannot connect to my ViceVersa Engine page

I have created a Firefox shortcut to open a browser page for monitoring the activity of my file synchronization software, which is called ViceVersa Engine.  The shortcut target is "C:\Program Files\Firefox\firefox.exe" "http://127.0.0.1:8001"     When I click the shortcut, it opens Firefox, but there is a message that Firefox cannot connect to the server at 127.0.0.1:8001.   The same shortcut works fine on a different computer.  I turned off my firewall, and it didn't help.  If I open Firefox without the shortcut, and simply paste  127.0.0.1:8100/  into the address bar, it loads the ViceVersa page normally.

What kind of 'page' is there at "http://127.0.0.1:8001" ?

Thank you for catching that.  Changing the shortcut target to port 8100 fixed the issue.
